My name is Keith Moore and I am from, Escatawpa, a small town in South Mississippi. My Mom was always, still is, very supportive of everything her boys attempted to do in life. My Dad is the one who actually inspired me to step out and make the best sauce I can. Because of that I have finally found the right combination that makes the best all purpose sauce. The only thing I regret is that my Dad is not here to share it with me. But I know he is up in Heaven looking down giving me his approval. After working in the ship building industries, Law Enforcement and even being a Manager in Lumber Plants, I believe I have realized the one thing I tried to do well for my Dad is making a good sauce. Now with that drive I had, I now can give to everyone anywhere in the world, a great cooking sauce that can be used with any meal. Hello, I am Pansy "Pam" (Mostillo) Moore from Asheville Alabama.  I like to cook and spend time trying to make my family happy.  I went into this business to support my husband and family.  I have an Associates Degree of Arts from Poplarville, MS.  I try to take the knowledge from my parents, grand-parents and friends over the past years. I put our website together  to offer people products that they will enjoy and not stretch their wallets too much.  I have found that the The Gourmet Cupboard products is just that.  They give you a foundation of pre-package seasonings that only requires a few items to be added for great meals in minutes.  I like to try new recipes all the time thus I will be trying to branch out to other types in the future.
